A Lot Has Happened Between March and August

I guess I have to do a better job of journaling if I'm going to take this long a hiatus.  Well, we filed the Cert Petition.  We had some good issues.  My son's attorney finally decided to only go with one -- the Confrontation Clause.  We thought sure with Larry Marshall's name on the petition that Justice Stevens would fight for it (Marshall used to clerk for Stevens).  Should have known better given the Roberts' Court's M.O.    Now we're preparing to file the 2255 (Writ of Habeas Corpus).  We'll keep you posted as things progress.
